BrazeLet® ストップオフは、溶融ろう付け材料が不要な場所に濡れ広がらないよう防止するための効果的な製品です。 BrazeLet ストップオフ製品群には、一般的なストップオフろう付け用途や、光沢面が望ましい場合のろう付け後の除去を容易にする最適化が行われた、3種類の製品が含まれます。
これらのストップオフろう付けソリューションは、溶融ろう付け材料の濡れ広がりを防ぐバリアとして機能します。そのままで使用できる一般用途向けに設計された水性懸濁液から構成されています。 ヘガネスの各種ろう付け材料とあわせた､高温ろう付けに非常に適しています。 ストップオフは、チタン、ジルコニウム、およびそれらの合金などの反応性金属を除く、あらゆる鉄または非鉄基の材料でご使用いただけます。 真空および調整雰囲気の両方でのろう付けにご使用いただけます。
3種類のストップオフろう付け製品がご利用いただけます。 BrazeLet Stop-off 10は、一般的なろう付け用途、特に固定用途に推奨されます。 ブラシ、ディスペンス、スプレーで塗布できます。 BrazeLet Stop-off 11は、BrazeLet Stop-off 10と同じ特性を持ち、かつマーカーペンを使用する用途に特化して設計されています。 BrazeLet Stop-off 11ペンの詳細については、こちらをご確認ください。 BrazeLet Stop-off 20は、ろう付け後の最高の表面仕上げが必要な場合に推奨されます。 このストップオフろう付け製品は、ろう付け後に簡単に除去できます。

BrazeLet Stop-off 10
Höganäs BrazeLet Stop-off solutions act as a barrier to the flow of molten brazing filler metals. They should
be used when the flow of the molten brazing filler metal must be contained or redirected due to tolerances,
following assembly steps, and even to prevent brazed parts from bonding to their furnace fixtures.
BrazeLet Stop-Off 10 is recommended for general brazing applications, and can be used with any of Höganäs BrazeLet brazing filler metals. With its superior adhesion to the applied surfaces, it is specially recommended for application on fixtures. It can be applied by different methods such as brushing, dispensing and spraying. After brazing residual stop-off can be removed by using a dry or damp cloth. Removal is most efficient directly after the brazing process.
Available in 1 kg and 5 kg containers.
Recommended drying temperature: RT - 200 °C (RT - 330 °F)
Suitable brazing temperature: Up to 1320 °C (2410 °F)

BrazeLet Stop-off 20
Höganäs BrazeLet Stop-off solutions act as a barrier to the flow of molten brazing filler metals. They should be used when the flow of the molten brazing filler metal must be contained or redirected due to tolerances, following assembly steps, and even to prevent brazed parts from bonding to their furnace fixtures.
BrazeLet Stop-Off 20 is recommended for applications where surface appearance after brazing is important, and can be used with any of Höganäs BrazeLet brazing filler metals. Due to its easiness of removal it is specially recommended for application on brazed components. It can be applied by different methods such as brushing, dispensing and spraying. After brazing residual stop-off can be removed by using a dry or damp cloth. Removal is most efficient directly after the brazing process.
